Soon we will be releasing our new weight loss
program. To help give you a real live example of how some of
the program works we have a volunteer on these pages who has
decided to do the program. We wanted a volunteer who was a little overweight, someone who needed to "lose a bit". This was done so that more people could associate with our demonstration and see the benefits of losing a little weight. The program works and results can be achieved surprisingly quickly. Anyone can do this program, even people who are very overweight. The principles of the program apply to all ages, shapes and sizes. The program is easy and is enjoyable to follow. It is so good that you can easily stick to it for as long as you want. Colin decided to do the program initially for 30 days.

I was delighted to beat this target and I lost 12 pounds in 30 days and feel so much healthier.
Because I have enjoyed the program so much I will do it for longer. I can realistically see that I can reach my longer term goal of getting into my old jeans which have a 32 inch waist!
