DETOX 3
We are very pleased to be able to now supply you with the latest Detox Program. Detox 3 addresses the blood cleansing organs. It is a 5 day program and is best done after completing Detox 1 & 2, but this is optional.
Detox 3 is the perfect continuation to cleaning and flushing toxic build-ups out of your body. The program is broken down into:
- A) Two-day purifying Raw Food Program
- B) Three day juice fast. During which a cleansing tea is taken in combination with a specially formulated tincture (liquid herbal extract ).
Cleansing background
Some of the natural chemicals in the herbs are water-soluble. Some are best extracted in the tincture.
Hence the important combination of the two differnt formulas in this kit.
You are supplied with full guideline to take you through each day of the program. It clearly listing what to take and when.
You do not need to be completly rigid with the program to see a benefit. But follow along as best you can.
You can modify the program
This program does restrict the types of food you will be eating, NOT the amount. If you are hungry at any point during this detoxification program, drink and / or eat more of the listed foods. The more you eat and drink the more you will flush the toxins out of your body. It is as always very important to drink a lot of pure water.
Your nutrition is particularly important during Detox 3. It is recommended that you also take Superfood and Super Tonic.
This program will require some time out of your normal schedule but you can still do it whilst working.
Most people do it across a long weekend.
More information about the Liver
The liver is an incredibly important organ in the body. It is one of the unsung heroes of the body. It iseasy to overlook its basic functions as it is an organ one doesn't usually pay much attention to unless there is already pain or disease in it.
The liver is a large organ and in healthy adults it weighs about 3 pounds or nearly 1.5 kilos.
One of its prime roles is to help the body produce nourishment from the foods you eat. Its other key role is to help extract any dangerous toxins, poisons or waste materials from the body and convert or eliminate them.
How the liver works
The liver draws blood from the digestive areas of the body and this blood passes through different areas of the liver. The liver uses its various filtration systems to help cleanse the blood and converts various healthy substances into energy sources the body can use.
Most people may associate liver damage with alcohol, especially when drunk to excess which can lead to various liver diseases.
This is an extreme example of a poorly operating liver, and the liver can be adversely affected to a lesser extent by a poor diet, lack of exercise, insufficient water and general day to day living.
This is why it is important to help your liver, either by cleansing from time to time, or by improving one's lifestyle. It is preferable to do both!
DETOX 4
Detox 4 is a program you can do to cleanse your body's filtration system, which mainly consists of the kidneys. It is important to ensure that accumulated calcium deposits, which many people have, are reduced to comfortable levels.
It is a 5 day program and is best done after completing Detox 1 & 2, but this is optional.
Like Detox 3, Detox 4 is broken down into:
- A) Two-day purifying Raw Food Program
- B) Three day juice fast. During which a cleansing tea is taken in combination with a specially formulated tincture ( iquid herbal extract).
This is the best way to take the herbs as you end up with a full spectrum array of the natural chemicals in the herbs.

The Detox 4 program also contains a Flush, taken each morning. The flush is made up of lemon and lime juice, water, cayenne pepper and honey (to taste). You are supplied with a Full Instruction sheet to take you through each day of the program. Clearly listing what to take and when!
In today's society, due to the toxic nature of our world, kidneys are overworked and often end up themselves heavily infected, inflamed or with crystalline growths or kidney stones.
An infected or calcified kidney sometimes manifests itself in lower back pains. However, because the Kidneys are "silent", a person may not be aware that they have a kidney problem until more severe problems become apparent.
COMBINING DETOX 1 & 2 WITH DETOX 3 & 4
Detox 1 & 2 are used together in a program which on average takes two and a half weeks.
There is no special diet whilst doing Detox 1 and 2. However, it is recommended that you avoid as much junk food as possible and to ensure you drink sufficient water as per the program instructions.
Detox 3 & 4 can be done without having done 1 & 2 but we recommend Detox 1 & 2 is done first for best results.
Detox 3 and detox 4 are separate cleanses and you can change the order of doing them.
Some diet recommendations
There are slightly stricter diet recommendations on Detox 3 & 4 for technical reasons and these are clearly highlighted in the instructions.

Detox 1 & 2 approximately 2 and a half weeks
Detox 3 approximately 5 days
Detox 4 approximately 5 days
